Here is a random thought I had about 10 days ago: rogue cows.
That was the entire thought. I let my mind run around with that thought and about a minute or two later, I had this: 30 cows, a bull, 5 wild boards (to patrol the perimeter of the herd), 3 deer (advanced scouts) and 2 aliens (who resemble 3 foot tall red rabbits).
Further 'analysis" determined the aliens put the animals together for protection and they stay in the middle of the herd. The entire pack is drifting east (for unknown reasons).
So what do I do with this? Is it a potential story? Or just some ramblings of a bizarre mind?
What do you think? Any and all ideas and/or thoughts are welcome.
While I was typing this post, I had this further thought: Johnny Rocket, senior agent in the Alien Elimination Force (AEF), will get the job of investigating this mess.
Seems normal to me.
Aren't "ramblings of a bizarre mind" generally the makings of an excellent story? Some of my best friends are cows; absolutely write about cows.
